Refund policy
We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our products. In the rare event that you receive a notebook or journal and are not happy with the quality of the product, we can issue a refund if the product has not been used.
You must request the return with our customer support team via email at info@nottai.com within 14 days of receiving your product.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns/exchanges of personalized products unless the product or personalization is defective. Please ensure the accuracy of the personalized when ordering your product. The personalized text on the notebook or journal is printed exactly submitted at the time of order capture.
Refunds
All refunds are managed and approved by the Nottai customer care team. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
