Shipping policy
Shipping is carried out by the United States Postal Service. Due to COVID-19, shipping times may be longer than normal. It takes approximately 14 business days to craft and ship your personalized, designer notebook, or journal. We aim for you to receive your published books from the child author kit within 20 working days.
Shipping fees are set at $2.99 per order. Check out the announcement bar on the top of the home page for special promotion discount codes.
You will receive emails confirming your order has been received by Nottai, and another when your product has been shipped.
At this time, Nottai only ships to addresses in the United States.
